Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the size of an item you have purchased, you can request an exchange within a period of 15 days after you placed your order.

In order to process your exchange request, please contact us at eshop@lavand.com, specifying the order number and the item you want to exchange for another size.

We will check whether your new garment is in our stock, we will arrange the return of the item and once we have received it, we will ship the garment in the size you want back to you.

Shipment arising from this process (pick-up of the item to be exchanged and new shipment) is free for clients in Spain and Portugal.

For the rest of countries, shipping costs must be defrayed by the client, who must send the item to be exchanged to the following address:

You must attach a copy of your order and specify the garment you want to exchange, as well as the new size that you want. No shipping costs apply to the new package.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can have it returned within a period of 15 days after you placed your order. The return must be placed through our eshop. In this case, the client must defray the shipping costs arising from the return. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Please notice that you must send us an email to eshop@lavand.com before sending your items.

Items must be returned inside the original packaging, in perfect condition and without any damages. A copy of the order indicating the item(s) returned must also be included.

We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the parcel. In the following days, we will refund the returned garments through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
